Though not exactly about the Russian language, Heather Worley's story about her life in St. Petersburg, Russia is interesting not only for foreigners. It is written in English, and is quite large - you will have an amusing reading for this weekend. Note: Read from bottom to top according to the dates (or use the links inside each issue).

Do those silly little surveys circulate around Russian livejournals like they do the English ones?
I'm looking for a survey in Russian to complete for [livejournal.com profile] rooskiyroulette.
I don't even know what keywords I would search to find Russian communities/users that are dedicated to surveys/lj-answer-question things.
If anyone here knows where I can find surveys to fill out.. if there is anything floating around on your friends list, please direct me!
If not, I may end up translating an English survey into Russian, in which case I can post it here if anyone wants to have fun with it themselves.
