Date: 2012-07-24 08:07 pm (UTC)Secondly, I'll give you a tip for the future: if you can change the phrase so it would have OF in it but the meaning would stay just the same, that means that the words connected by OF should be in some other than in Nominative case when translated into Russian.
my name interpretation = the interpretation OF my name. So, it is not моё имя but some other case. Genitive, usually - моего имени.
