International Conference on
“Flexible model of foreign language education: problems,
tendencies, prospects.”

May 19-20, 2010


Dear Colleagues,
You are invited to participate in the III International conference “Flexible model of foreign language education: problems, tendencies, prospects.” The conference will offer discussions on a wide range of theoretical issues and practical techniques in the teaching of Russian and other languages including:

-Psychological, pedagogical and teaching methodology problems in higher foreign-language education
- Linguodidactics for the flexible model of foreign language education
- Speech personality and linguistic consciousness in the context of foreign language education
- Language and culture as aspects of foreign language education
- Career guidance in the flexible model of foreign language education
- New informational and intellectual technologies in foreign language education
- Organizational aspect of the flexible model: innovations in form, approach, materials, planning, programmes, control and testing.

Applications should include the participant’s full name, academic degree and title, place of work, home address and telephone, e-address, the title of the presentation and an abstract, and whether a hotel reservation will be necessary. Please send applications as email attachments by March 15st, 2010 to rggu.centerrki@gmail.com

A collection of the presentations will be published before the beginning of the conference.
Texts should adhere to the following guidelines:
Size of the material: 3-5 А4 pages. Text design requirements: article format - doc. (Word); type - Times New Roman, 14 pt.; line-to-line spacing - one-and-a-half; break line 1,25 cm: full justification. Margin - 2,5 cm from each side. Pagination is not putted. Function «offsetting» is not used.The boldface font is used for textual marking. Underline and spacing are undesirable.
The surname of the author and the name of the university, the title of the article - middle alignment, the boldface font 14 pt. References in the text should be in square brackets per sample: [Averintsev 1987:4]. The full list source should be given alphabetically at the end of the article under the signature stamp Literature (a word is in the middle, without a punctuation mark).
Materials, that have infringements of requirements, do not correspond to a topic of the conference, have been sent later then the stated period or need to be seriously corrected will not be published.
