I like "Schaum's Outline of Russian Grammar". It's systematic and all exericises are provided with keys. But it's not for beginners.
You can read reviews for this and other Russian grammars on Amazon http://www.amazon.ca/s/ref=nb_ss_gw?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=Russian+grammar
To expand, I use Schaum's and it's a really good book but it doesn't have lessons, you just have to kind of... decide what you want to learn and flip to those exercises. For instance, the very last chapter is on conjunctions, and I'm sure they don't expect you to work your way through a 300+ page book without knowing how to use "and", "but", etc. I like it but it takes a little getting used to.
