Thanks; this needs only one correction: Dima (Дима, diminutive of Дмитрий) is a male name.

Another thing to note: he said обнаружил, which is a past tense form of the verb обраружить. Russian verbs in the past tense have gender-specific suffixes/endings:
-л for masculine
-ла for feminine
-ло for neuter

It's a slang term for users with behaviour pattern of certain oddity.

Although crimeanelf may have had some point, and modern version of lurkers (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lurker) may be more suitable for defining the people in question.
