In the movie "Sluzhebnyj roman" they call the main female character (the boss) something like a "мымра". I can't find this word in the dictionary. What are they calling her?

"мымра" is very close to "old hag" without the magic part. An ugly female, with no sense of humor, who does not care about her appearance.

This ("old hag") is exactly how our professor defined it when we watched it! :)

You just have to check Russian explanatory dictionaries on such occasions. Those pursue a goal different to English-Russian dictionaries', after all.
E.g. http://proslova.ru/word/мымра/ (http://proslova.ru/word/мымра/)
