It is called "8th Floor" by Regina Spektor. There is a part where she sings in Russian. Can you write down in russian (english letters) and then the English translation to what she is saying? Big thanks!

Dreadful lyrics... but understandable.))
Date: 2008-02-10 05:29 pm (UTC)The eighth floor
The eighth floor
Everything's high
Everything is above me
Somebody is coming home
Pocket is empty
You could go begging
It's three rubles for vodka and a loaf of white bread
But now, for certain, everything's more expensive
And the old paths are forgotten
Above them we set sail
The first floor
I'm really small
Everything's high
Everything is above me
The eighth floor
America
I am high
Everything is below me
I am high...
Original text:
Vos'moy etazh
Vos'moy etazh
Vsio vysoko
Vsio nado mnoy
Vot id'ot domoy
Karman pustoy
Hot' milostynyu prosite
Tri rublya na vodku i bukhanku belogo hleba
A teper', naverno, vsio dorozhe
I dorozhki te zabyty
A nad nimi parusa
Pervyi etazh
Ya malen'kaya
Vsio vysoko
Vsio podo mnoy
Vos'moy etazh
Amerika
Ya vysoko
Vsio podo mnoy
Ya vysoko
