Song Translation- Regian Spektorrrr

Does anyone think they can help me understand a part of a song sung in Russian? The link is here:

It is called "8th Floor" by Regina Spektor. There is a part where she sings in Russian. Can you write down in russian (english letters) and then the English translation to what she is saying? Big thanks!

she usually takes poetry and re-works it, like she sampled Pasternak if I remember correctly on the song 'Apres Moi'
So I would google the meaning and you can probably get the russian text and references, unless she actually did write it, also possible.
