Also notice that this construction "до самых до" (with all iossible variants, e.g. "до самой до", "до самого до") is emphatic and belongs to the colloquial style. So more exact translation would be: "I wish I could grow [my hair] to the _very_ shoulders".

I seriously doubt that, taking into consideration the rhymes to "allusions" created by your subconscious. Moreover, the working environment of this community is English. Using your mother tongue in order to write some insulting lines looks very sad and shows that you have nothing to say on the topic. Usually in that case people try to say something about their opponent in discussion. Typical. ;--)
