replace with:
Человеку может наскучить или ???? , если он занимается одним делом.
"смутиться" - to be confused / embarrassed literally. What did you mean?
Some other errors were noted in previous comments, there are some more but generally it's a very good text.
Try more blogging in Russian. It would definitely help. Ask friends to note small mistakes in word usage.
