Hey Everyone!
I'm doing a subtitle track for a film which is almost complete, however, my main subtitle friend has gone away for the month and I have come upon a word I do not know. My Russian is rather rusty, and I would appreciate all the help you're willing to lend.

It's bogatyr. Bogatyrs are Russian knights from fairy tales and legends.

Богатырь - very very strong russian man.

In midleage this word meanssomething like war commander. This word exists in Mongolia & it has the same meaning.

Also in russian fairy-tales Богатырь is something like russian middleage superhero... He is often the main hero of the tale.
