У меня (тебя/него) получается - I am (you are/he is) succeeding, I am moving forward (when working on smth). У меня получится - I will be able to do it, I will get it done. У меня не получается - I am failing, it's not working for me, I can't figure it out, etc У меня не получилось - I couldn't do it (tried but failed).
Another meaning "It turns out": Получается, все усилия были напрасны - It turns out that all efforts were in vain.
