Russian Tutor????

Hi! I am living in Saint-Petersburg attending the University where one of my subjects is Russian, of course. Anyways, is there anyone who speaks fluent English who can tutor me in Russian a few times? I would pay, of course! The reason being is that my teachers only speak Russian and there's some technical things and stuff that i just need explained in my own language which they can't help me with. Also, I was out  sick  for a few weeks (bronchitis, ear infection, etc.) so I missed a great deal. Thanks! Reply and I'll send you my email address.
