A question on translation

learn_russianWhen translating Russian adresses, does one transliterate улица as ulitsa or write out street. Also, since adresses are written differently in Russian, does one rewrite it as one would an American address (Name, Street, City, State, Zip Code, Country) or keep it as written (Country, City, region, street, name)?
