Someone posted something in my journal that I don't exactly understand...

Can anyone tell me what this might mean?

"никем не отслеживается"

I'm not finding the verb in my dictionary (otherwise, I probably would be able to figure it out on my own).

means "noone can track [something] down", or "noone is tracking [something] down"

i'd say, "track down" is выслеживать. отслеживать is just "track".
