Sorry for off-top, but I feel concerned about the problem and need somebody to explain legal context to me. And it's a link to a funny Russian community anyway: it can be helpful in understanding cultural context.

Date: 2005-03-20 03:48 pm (UTC)And, buildings in Russia are concrete, at least not wooden like here, for the most part, so you don't hear every step of your neighbour.
I do control the kids when he asks me (i.e. turn on the TV or something like that), but I can't eliminate this problem for the whole day, at least not until I tie them up.
