A question for the Americans

learn_russianIt takes me literally FOREVER to find what key stands for each Russian letter on the keyboard. Anyone have any suggestions for a generally permanent solution that isn't going to a. feel weird or b. come off on my fingers? Clearly pencil won't work, and I don't want it to feel really weird either. Any suggestions?
