Try this (http://www.geocities.com/fontboard/cyrinst.html). It pretty much walks you through the downloading and everything.

Sorry :-) My english is badly :) Him question: "Where can I find a computer program to writte in cyrilic?". Typing symbols cyrilic :-)

Microsoft Office 2000,2002,2003,XP

KDE Office :-)

If needed typing russian language symbols (cyrylic) in windows needed installing code page windows 1251 (it's default for windows) or KOI-8R (it's default for *nix OS).

This is a pretty good online keyboard emulator (http://www.yandex.ru/keyboard_abc.html) for those, who can type without looking at the keyboard. I always used it when I was at someone else's computer, which didn't have Russian keyboard, where I didn't want to install new things.

It's pretty easy: you type text there and then copy&past it. It's a useful link to remember. If you forget it, you may always go to yandex.ru and type "Russian keyboard emulator" there, and it will show the link in the top results.

In general you could just add Russian language in your word processor and OS. It doesn't matter who developers one. You could use Open Office. I know it’s free. Usually I use Star Office 7 from Sun. Add Russian in settings of your word processor. But what is more important is to add Russian language in you operation system. If you use Windows you could add one in Control Panel in Regional and National settings. As for Linux or Solaris it is more complicated task. You can find a lot of articles about it in .ru domain. Don't forget about Language bar which make you life easy. Finally then you become able to type Cyrillic letters in your programs (including your notepad or what you prefer to use) you could buy stickers with Russian letters or new Keyboard or even draw stickers yourself. :)
