how would I say - She teaches english to third and fourth year students in Russia. in Russian? (I ask because I'm not sure which verb to use, I always get mixed up on how to use oocheet)

if anyone has the time to ancwer this question I would apreciate it.

Она учит в России третькурсников и четверокурсников английскому языку.

Она преподает английский в третьих и четвертых классах в России.

Or another possibility is "Она преподает английский третьеклассникам и четвероклассникам в России" although I personally would probably say "в русской школе" or "в российской школе" instead of "в России". For some reason, I really don't like the way it fits. And it can go in the beginning of the sentence instead of at the end if you want to emphasize it.

Она преподает английский [язык] студентам третьего и четвертого курса в России.

The verb is "преподавать". It means to teach, especially rather complicated and high-level subjects. So it is normally used when talking about university students and so on.
If you talk about school pupils, the verb "учить кого-то чему-то" (teach smbd smth) will go. Don't mix it up with "учить что-то" (to study smth)!

I have a feeling the students under discussion are 3-4 grade elementary/middle school children, and not college/unversity students. Which makes it 'Она преподает английский язык ученикам третьего и четвертого классов'.

You can also use "обучать"

Она обучает третьеклассников и четвероклассников английскому языку в России(в российской/русской школе)

Oh my, this language offers a VARIETY of options.
Она ведет английский в третьих и четвертых классах российской школы.
Она учит английскому третьи-четвертые классы в России.
В России она преподает английский третьеклашкам-четвероклашкам.
Она преподает английский язык в третьих и четвертых классах одной из российских школ [this one rather formal/official].
And one of the most informal: В России она - "англичанка", третий-четвертый классы.
Note that you may mix the ingredients of all abovementioned frases willingly :)))
