Well, I know russian great, I speak fluently, read a lot, and understand each word.
But, I cant write, AT ALL. So, how do I start learning? ^^ (Any text books, methods, and ect are welcomed.)

On my book (more specifically, in the chapter dedicated to Russian most famous films, written in English) it is written that this expression is used whenever one drinks at unusual times or anticipates a lot of drinking, or used in pleasurable anticipation.
Well, to be honest, I did not understand the last point --> "or anticipates a lot of drinking, or used in pleasurable anticipation".

Could you please explain me that in more details?

How many Russian equivalents can you think of to the above expression? I don't mean what you say when someone is taking too long (давайте– I think), but what you might say if you got drinks and your friend insisted he only drank kefir. I'm interested in anything you might say in that situation.

What is the most common version of the "Our Father" prayer (Otche nash)? I have learned the Russian version of the Catholic prayer, but I was wondering which version most Russians know. 

Also, is it "Отче наш" or "Отче наше"? I've seen it both ways. Thanks
