Hi everyone,
I'm drawing a blank and wondering if someone could help. I'm trying to say, "You are invited to a Christmas party!" in Russian, and can't think of the right way of wording it. Does 'Мы приглашаем вас на рождественскую вечеринку!' work?

yes you can say
also you can use passive voice "Ты приглашен(приглашена) на рождественскую вечеринку!"

or more official "Вы приглашены..."

'Мы приглашаем вас на рождественскую вечеринку!' is fine if you are inviting someone on behalf of several people, e.g. a group of students. Or even simpler "Приглашаем на рождественскую вечеринку!" However, if you are inviting people to your home (and there is only one of you) then it will be приглашаю, or maybe something less formal, like "Приходите отмечать Рождество!"

Just for you to have more options: you can shorten the phrase by omitting "you", it's all ok in Russian: приглашаем на рождественскую вечеринку!

I'd say that you definitely should omit the "we", but keep the "you":
