Is натворить really such an obscene word? In the example you use, a mother says it to her child, and I hear people say Что тут натворилось? The way I use it is to show an example of a way someone would express his sincere opinion, albeit rude, so that it gets to the person that he should stop trying to do whatever it is he's doing.

Also, can you offer a word for frustrated? The dictionary says расстроен, but I usually take that to mean "upset," as in a sad sense. The frustrated I'm looking for is more of a "mad at one's self". Can расстроить also mean that?
