conjugating names

I need to conjugate the name Василий for a grammar assignment. I figured out (maybe?) the conjugation in the singular, but I can't for the life of me quite figure out the plural. Is it like здание?

and as an aside, I'm applying for a study abroad this summer and trying to decide whether to go to Moscow or Petersburg, so if anyone has any suggestions I would be incredibly appreciative!

we rare use names in plulal
but maybe like that
Василии
Василиями
Василиям
Василии
Василиями
Василиях

St Peretsburg is colder in winter XD but maybe there are not so many students there so it would be easier to enter the univercity. Also it's a very beautiful city. Moscow became more modern these years =( but still has a lot of interesting places related to history

Actually, I'd say that Moscow is colder. ^_^ SPb is on the sea, and climate there is milder, but almost perpetually damp.

i was in St Petersburg in winter and it was colder coz it is NEAR the sea - wide space brings cold and strong winds that make the air colder

I might be used to winds but, anyway, I found that Moscow was actually colder. Drier, so it was easier to stand, but colder. Anyway, nowhere it was like in Vladivostok, where we normally have -20 C with storm-grade winds (with humidity often up to 90%) as a usual winter-time weather.

It's hardly better in the summer. ^_^ Fog and rain remains the same, it's just a tad warmer
